This page explains the refund policy, how access is delivered, and what to expect from portal and live components across the Realms and Boundless: The Nine Realms.
Refunds
All Realm purchases are non-refundable.
Because access to training materials and proprietary methods is granted digitally and cannot be “returned,” no refunds are provided once enrollment is completed.
This applies to:
- Standalone Realm enrollments
- Bundles or combined purchases (where applicable)
- Installment-based purchases (once access has been granted)
If you are unsure which Realm is suitable, do not enroll until you have reviewed the Realm overview, certification scope, and entry requirements.
Access & Delivery
Training is delivered through an online portal, with occasional live Zoom sessions where stated.
Access will be granted within 24 hours of receiving and confirming payment.
- For full payments, access is granted after payment is received and confirmed.
- For installments, access is granted after the first successful payment is received and confirmed.
Delivery is considered complete when portal access has been granted to the email address used at checkout.
Installments & Failed Payments
If you purchase via installments:
- You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
- Failed or missed payments may result in paused access until the account is brought current.
- Continued non-payment may result in revoked access and the account being treated as in breach of agreement.
Access granted after the first installment does not create eligibility for refunds.
Live Zoom Sessions
Some Realms include occasional live Zoom sessions. Unless explicitly stated on the relevant Realm page, live sessions are not guaranteed to occur on a fixed schedule.
Important notes:
- Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled participants where appropriate.
- Scheduling may vary by time zone and availability.
- Missing a live session does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund.
Where live sessions are included, details will be communicated by email and/or inside the portal.
Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having:
- Reliable internet access
- A device capable of accessing the online portal
- An up-to-date browser
- Zoom access (for live sessions where offered)
Technical difficulties on your side (device issues, connectivity, email access problems) do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Support
If you have access issues, contact support using the email address or contact form provided on the site.
To help resolve issues quickly, include:
- The email address used at checkout
- The product/Realm purchased
- A brief description of the issue
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after access has been granted, access may be immediately suspended pending resolution.
Where access has been provided in accordance with this policy, chargebacks may be treated as a breach of agreement.
