Practitioner Agreement
Authority & Boundaries for Certified Practitioners
This Practitioner Agreement (“Agreement”) governs how certified practitioners may represent, apply, and reference the methods taught within Boundless: The Nine Realms (“the System”).
This Agreement exists to protect:
- clients and the public
- the integrity of the methods
- the clarity of practitioner authority
- the reputation of the System
By enrolling in any Realm that grants Certification to Practice with Clients, and by accepting certification, you agree to the terms below.
- Definitions
System: Boundless: The Nine Realms and all related training, protocols, diagrams, books, sessions, and materials.
Realm: A domain of formation within the System.
Certification of Completion: Confirms completion of a Realm’s formation requirements.
Certification to Practice with Clients: Authorises method-specific client application of protocols taught in the following Realms, within defined scope and boundaries:
- The Healing Realm (Sanomentology)
- The Transformational Realm (Reality Hacker)
- The Liberation Realm (The Greatest Escape)
- The Heroic Realm (The Hercules Quest)
Founder / Originator: Martin Rothery (or the designated rights-holder for the System).
Practitioner: A person certified within the System.
- Core Principle
Certification within this System grants method-specific authority, not universal authority.
You may apply only what you have been trained to apply, only within the scope described, and only in a way that preserves client autonomy and safety.
- What You Are Authorised to Do
If you hold Certification to Practice with Clients for a specific Realm, you are authorised to:
- Apply the protocols taught in that Realm with clients within defined scope and ethical boundaries.
- Describe yourself publicly as a:
- “Certified Practitioner of the Healing Realm (Sanomentology)”
- “Certified Practitioner of the Transformational Realm (Reality Hacker)”
- “Certified Practitioner of the Liberation Realm (The Greatest Escape)”
- “Certified Practitioner of the Heroic Realm (The Hercules Quest)”
- Build a personal practice and personal brand provided you:
- acknowledge the System as the source of the methods
- do not present yourself as the originator
- do not imply licensure or regulation where it does not exist
- Use completion certificates publicly for any Realm completed.
- What You Are Not Authorised to Do
You may not:
- Teach the System or any Realm as training to others.
- You may not run trainings, certify others, or create “student” pathways.
- Represent certification as licensure or a regulated qualification.
- You must not imply approval by medical, psychological, governmental, or statutory bodies.
- Expand scope beyond the Realm(s) you are certified to practice.
- Certification in one Realm does not authorise client work in another.
- Modify protocols and still present them as the System.
- You may adapt language for client comprehension, but you may not alter protocol structure, claim equivalence, or create “your version” while using System names.
- Use System names to imply supernatural authority.
- No claims of miracles, guaranteed outcomes, energetic powers, or extraordinary abilities.
- Create dependency dynamics.
- No positioning yourself as necessary, irreplaceable, or the sole source of client agency.
- Use coercion or domination.
- No pressure tactics, humiliation, manipulation, or overriding consent.
- Public Representation and Attribution
When referencing methods publicly, you must clearly acknowledge the source.
Permitted forms of attribution:
- “I am certified in the methods of Boundless: The Nine Realms.”
- “These protocols are part of the work of Martin Rothery.”
- “I apply Sanomentology protocols as trained within Boundless: The Nine Realms.”
Required clarity:
- If you are not licensed in your jurisdiction, you must not imply that you are.
- If you are licensed, you must still distinguish licensure from System certification.
- Client Scope and Safety
You agree to:
- Work within your competence.
If you are uncertain, you do not improvise. - Refer out when required.
If a client is outside your scope, you refer appropriately. - Avoid crisis positioning.
You do not present this work as emergency support. - Maintain informed consent.
Clients must understand what the work is and is not.
- Confidentiality and Records
You agree to:
- maintain reasonable confidentiality standards appropriate to your jurisdiction
- keep records responsibly where required
- avoid public case sharing without explicit client consent
If your jurisdiction imposes stricter rules, local rules take precedence.
- Use of Materials
You may use the training materials only for:
- your own formation
- your own client sessions (where practice-authorised)
You may not:
- re-sell, redistribute, or publish System materials
- upload sessions to public platforms
- share full protocols or training content with non-enrolled individuals
- Certification Issuance, Review, and Revocation
Certification may be reviewed, suspended, or revoked if you:
- misrepresent your authority
- teach the System
- practice outside defined scope
- violate ethical boundaries
- cause harm through irresponsible application
Revocation may include withdrawal of the right to publicly represent certification.
- Relationship to Local Law
You are responsible for knowing and complying with local laws and regulations.
System certification does not override:
- statutory regulation
- licensing requirements
- protected titles
- insurance requirements
- Non-Exclusivity
You may use other methods in your practice.
However, when you are using System protocols, you must:
- represent them accurately
- acknowledge their origin
- maintain their structure and ethical boundaries
- Acceptance
By enrolling in a practice-authorising Realm, accepting certification, or representing yourself publicly as certified within this System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
