1) Not medical, psychiatric, or emergency care
Nothing on this site or within our programs is intended to be, or should be interpreted as:
- medical advice
- psychiatric advice
- psychological diagnosis
- psychotherapy within a regulated framework (unless explicitly stated and contractually agreed)
- crisis or emergency support

3) Scope of the work
Our programs may address topics such as mindset, emotion, identity, nervous system patterns, internal attention, belief structures, and personal change. Some materials may discuss pain, anxiety, stress, or psychological patterns.
Any such discussion is provided within the scope of education, training, and personal development / practitioner formation, and should not be interpreted as medical diagnosis or treatment.

Outcomes vary significantly between individuals. We do not guarantee results, improvements, or specific outcomes of any kind.

7) Practitioner training and certification clarification
Our system offers training and certification within our own framework.
- Certification of Completion indicates completion of training requirements.
- Certain realms also provide Certification to Practice with Clients within defined scope and boundaries.
Our certifications:
- do not replace licensure or regulated qualifications
- do not grant universal authority to diagnose or treat mental health disorders
- do not override local laws or professional regulations
If you practice with clients, you are responsible for compliance with the laws, licensing requirements, and ethical standards in your jurisdiction.
8) No client–provider relationship by default
Accessing this website, purchasing a program, or receiving training materials does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or clinical relationship by default.
Any direct work (if offered) will be defined by separate written terms that clarify scope, boundaries, and responsibilities.
